Job summary

Digital Consultants seeks a Mac Engineer to provide on-site enterprise Apple platform support for NMLPDC. You will configure, secure, and support Mac devices and servers, and drive migration to the NMED/MEDCOI network.

Role requires 4+ years of Apple/macOS experience, AD integration, MDM, and ISA/IA controls including STIGs. Travel to multiple sites may be required; compensation ranges from $110,000 to $136,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four additional years of directly relevant Apple enterprise experience may substitute.
• 4+ years of recent experience supporting enterprise Apple/macOS environments, including Active Directory integration and MDM.
• Experience implementing DISA STIGs, using STIG Viewer, IA scanning, patching, and secure configuration.
• Knowledge of NAC suitability and CAC eligibility for contractor staff.

Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, update, and support Apple Mac devices, including servers, desktops, laptops, iPads, and iPhones.
• Develop and maintain secure enterprise Mac infrastructure for migration to the NMED/MEDCOI network.
• Apply DISA STIGs and perform IA scanning and patching, including STIG Viewer usage.
• Deploy new user accounts and machines; provide MDM and asset-management support.
• Provide hands-on and remote support for Mac equipment and Outlook/DoD Enterprise Email.
