Job summary

Hudson River Trading (HRT) is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team. You will serve as a macOS subject matter expert in a complex, highly technical environment, helping to solve HRT-specific endpoint challenges and improve the day‑to‑day experience for users across the firm.

You will support a team of technicians, act as an escalation point for macOS engineering, security, and deployment issues, and design solutions that improve endpoint uptime, reliability, and

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of macOS and end-user computing.
• Experience provisioning, deploying, and maintaining macOS endpoints with ABM/MDM tools.
• Proficiency with scripting (Bash or Python).
• Experience with enterprise networking and security context.
• Ability to document and communicate technically.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain best-in-class end-user computing experience.
• Troubleshoot issues; escalation point for macOS engineering, security, and deployment.
• Investigate recurring problems and implement long-term solutions.
• Research, test, and deploy best practices for stack and processes.
