Michael Page is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to own macOS endpoint engineering, deployment, security, and troubleshooting, aiming to improve system reliability and end-user productivity.

You will manage Mac devices, develop provisioning processes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure policy compliance, while staying current with macOS updates.

Qualifications

• Deep macOS expertise, including endpoint administration, engineering, security, and troubleshooting.
• Experience deploying and managing macOS devices using Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Workspace ONE, or Microsoft Intune.
• Hands‑on experience with macOS packaging and deployment tools, including AutoPkg and Munki.
• Proficiency with Bash or Python scripting, plus familiarity with enterprise networking technologies (802.1X, Wi‑Fi, IPv4).
• Strong end‑user support, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and resolve technical issues in fast‑paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Stay updated with the latest MacOS updates and features to enhance device management strategies.
