Job summary

Intercontinental Exchange, Inc. (ICE) Endpoint Solutions – Engineering seeks an experienced engineer to manage and secure a global Apple device fleet. You will plan and implement endpoint infrastructure, support 24/7 production operations, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure business continuity.

You will collaborate with multiple IT groups, stay current with industry trends, and drive improvements in deployment, provisioning, and security of macOS, iOS and iPadOS devices.

Qualifications

• Experience managing macOS via MDM protocols (macOS, iOS, iPadOS).
• Hands-on expertise with Apple systems, ability to configure, troubleshoot, and script workflows.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement endpoint management systems and infrastructure.
• Support production operations in a 24/7 environment.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours/weekend support.
• Lead and complete projects with guidance from senior team members.
• Stay current with industry trends and leverage new technologies.
