Job summary

CASES is seeking a full-time MAAP Program Supervisor to lead the MAAP team in Manhattan and the Bronx, with in-person and some remote duties across NYC. The role emphasizes mentoring youth, overseeing staff, and coordinating with ACS and Fair Futures to maintain services.

The ideal candidate holds an MSW with 2+ years of supervisory experience and strong communication, data reporting, and organizational skills to support youth and families effectively.

Qualifications

• MSW required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills including confidence in interpreting data and discussing outcomes with stakeholders.
• Lived experience a plus!

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support MAAP staff, including weekly supervision and field work.
• Lead team meetings and foster best-practice engagement.
• Adhere to ACS Preventive Services policies.
• Manage Connections and PROMIS databases and referrals.
• Collaborate with ACS, Probation and Fair Futures supervisors.
• Ensure monthly metrics and reporting to ACS.
• Attend tabling events in evenings and weekends.
• Participate in MAAP team hiring.
• Support crisis prevention and staff development.
