The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience and a strong understanding of the MA market. Competitive pay includes a salary range of $105,000-$130,000 plus performance bonuses and additional perks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in territory management, production underwriting, or broker distribution.
• Proven success in growing a profitable book of business.
• Strong knowledge of Workers’ Comp, BOP, Auto, Umbrella.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Massachusetts territory with agency partnerships.
• Increase premium profitably by driving submission flow.
• Use market data to prioritize strategies.
