Job summary

Direct Sales Recruiting, LLC is seeking a Territory Capital Sales Manager for aesthetic medical devices. The role focuses on new business development within a defined territory, working with a PDM to support dermatology and plastic surgery practices.

The candidate should demonstrate a track record of meeting sales goals and possess strong clinical language proficiency. The position offers a base salary of $90,000–$110,000 with uncapped commissions and an on-target earnings (OTE) of $250,000+ in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
• Min. 2+ years of B2B sales experience within capital equipment sales.
• Backgrounds can be any type of sales within skincare, lasers, dental, etc.
• Documented sales success of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Strong understanding of clinical language, techniques, and procedural workflows.
• Proven experience selling, hunting, prospecting and closing deals.
• Knowledge/understanding of FDA GMPs.
• Excellent communicator and presenter, comfortable with physicians or large groups.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel within a defined territory (overnights possible).

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed sales quotas within assigned territory.
• Support new business development with your territory.
• Identify upselling opportunities and generate cross-sell referrals.
• Act as an SME on product indications, benefits and usage.
• Partner with providers to optimize business outcomes and promote procedural volume.
• Manage sales contracts, pricing quotes, and promotional tools.
• Monitor territory pipeline, forecast trends, and track performance metrics.
• Attend trainings, tradeshows and present product demos.
