Job summary

Goldman Sachs seeks a Senior Technical Vice President to lead Microsoft 365 Copilot engineering, platform readiness, security, and enterprise-scale adoption across the firm. You will guide global teams, set architectural standards, and drive adoption of AI-powered features like Copilot, Teams, and the Power Platform.

You will collaborate with product owners, architects, compliance, and risk teams to deliver scalable, secure MS 365 solutions within a highly regulated financial institution.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years in enterprise IT with at least 10 years focused on Microsoft 365 platforms in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of building and guiding large, geographically dispersed engineering teams.
• Ability to define, articulate, and execute complex technology strategies for enterprise collaboration platforms.
• Deep architectural and engineering understanding of the full Microsoft 365 suite and security/compliance features.
• Experience delivering MS 365 solutions within regulated financial services environments.
• Excellent executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and roadmap for all Microsoft 365 platforms and services.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a global team of engineers and technical managers.
• Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of scalable, secure MS 365 solutions.
• Establish and enforce governance, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to understand requirements and drive critical initiatives.
• Evaluate and pilot new MS 365 features and AI capabilities to boost productivity and UX.
• Manage operations, performance, and incident response for MS 365 environments.
