Job summary

Genpact is seeking an experienced Microsoft Security & Governance Architect to lead the Copilot security workstream. You will guide data protection, information governance, identity security, AI governance, and Purview alignment across Security, Compliance, and Modern Workplace teams.

You’ll design end-to-end security solutions for Copilot adoption, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and operationalize governance frameworks to protect enterprise data and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Microsoft Security, Compliance, or Governance consulting.
• Deep expertise with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, Defender Suite, and 365 Security & Compliance.
• Microsoft 365 Copilot Governance.
• Strong understanding of information protection, DLP, retention, and AI governance.
• Experience conducting security assessments and remediation roadmaps.
• Excellent communication with clients and cross-functional teams; mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Assess Copilot readiness and deployment readiness in Microsoft 365.
• Define AI governance, policies, guardrails, and usage standards.
• Design and implement security controls across Copilot, Purview, Entra, and Defender suites.
• Collaborate with Security Operations and Incident teams to integrate events into SIEM.
• Provide strategic guidance to reduce risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
