Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior IT Architect to lead the Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture and enterprise governance. Hybrid work from Charlotte, NC, reporting to Lead IT Architect, responsible for roadmap, licensing, and readiness standards.

The role combines deep Microsoft 365 administration with AI strategy, ensuring secure, scalable adoption of Copilot across the organization and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Microsoft 365 tenant administration.
• 1+ years supporting Copilot service within Microsoft enterprise tenants.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong governance and security mindset for enterprise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Copilot architecture and governance standards.
• Advise leadership on enterprise AI strategy and roadmap.
• Drive Copilot adoption training with business functions.
• Analyze usage patterns to identify adoption gaps.
• Resolve Copilot and Microsoft 365 tenant issues with Microsoft support.
• Assist Lead Architects with day-to-day tenant management and governance.
• Coordinate license management and cost control for the tenant.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and coordinate feature rollouts.
