Job summary

UL Solutions is seeking a Platform Architect to own the definition, evolution, and architectural integrity of the Microsoft 365 platform, guiding a team of M365 professionals and collaborating with security, automation, and digital workplace stakeholders.

The role drives the platform roadmap, establishes standards, and ensures Copilot and AI-enabled experiences are integrated with security and compliance across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across Microsoft 365 workloads and strong architectural experience.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable technical architecture.
• Experience leading a team of M365 professionals in a matrixed enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise Microsoft 365 architecture, target state, and multi-year roadmap.
• Set architectural standards, guardrails, and design patterns for M365 workloads.
• Lead and develop the M365 team, establishing priorities and growth plans.
• Provide governance-level oversight for complex, high-impact operational decisions.
