Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT field and four years of progressive experience in business application consulting or development
• Associate degree in computer science or IT field and five years of progressive experience in business application consulting or development
• High School diploma/GED and eight years of experience in business application consulting or development

Responsibilities

• Serve as the highest level of support in a technical support model for the most difficult problems
• Perform high level troubleshooting of very technical and complex M365 issues
• Act as a consultant to management on policies, operations, controls, system development and promote standardization to lower TCO
• Participate on Project Teams focusing on the Microsoft365 infrastructure to address IT information issues
• Implement new releases following defined change, configuration and release management processes
• Develop implementation and deployment plans and coordinate with agencies before and during projects
• Ensure application availability, correct configurations and provide team oversight of Microsoft 365 Suite
