Job summary

Three Saints Bay, LLC. seeks an experienced 365 Admin and Help Desk Manager to lead IT operations with a focus on Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and security compliance.

The role supports DoD/federal requirements, including CMMC Level 2 and NIST SP 800-171, in a hybrid work arrangement across Manassas, VA or Charleston, SC. You will oversee MS 365, Intune, Defender, Sentinel, and end-user support, mentor the help desk team, and drive incident response, policy enforcement, and audit

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of progressive IT experience, including 4 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• 5 years of hands-on expertise administering Microsoft 365 environments (E3/E5 preferred), with deep proficiency in SharePoint Online and Intune.
• Experience implementing and maintaining compliance with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online.
• Manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration, Autopilot, and endpoint security.
• Oversee Defender suites for threat protection, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Administer Microsoft Sentinel for SIEM, threat hunting, analytics, and automated response workflows.
• Ensure compliance with NIST SP 800-171 controls and CMMC Level 2 requirements, including SSP maintenance and POA&M tracking.
• Manage and mentor the help desk/support team, including staffing, training, performance management, and escalations.
• Develop IT policies and zero-trust architectures (MFA, conditional access, DLP) and monitor security posture.
• Monitor system performance, security posture, and compliance metrics; generate reports for leadership/auditors.
