Job summary

Premier-Underground-Construction-LL seeks an IT Service Support specialist to assist internal users with technical issues, manage SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows, and support the M365 environment. You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, servers, and network-related concerns while documenting solutions for standardization.

Ideal candidates have 1+ years in technical support, strong AD/GP skills, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate environments.
• Experience administering a Windows domain with Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• 1+ years’ experience with software ticketing systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service support to internal users via remote or on-site channels.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and document solutions.
• Create and update Power BI reports and SharePoint pages.
• Develop automation flows in Power Automate to improve user experience.
• Assist with managing M365 environment and AD/GP configurations.
