Job summary

Penn Mutual is seeking a Staff M365 Engineer to lead the architecture, engineering, security, and reliability of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem across the enterprise. This technical leader guides governance, strategy, and cross-functional enablement for Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Power Platform, and Copilot.

You will collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and resilient M365 services while mentoring engineers and driving

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise collaboration/workplace engineering.
5+ years Microsoft 365 experience.
Expert-level Exchange Online, SharePoint Online/OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams (including Teams Phone/voice).
Entra ID/Azure AD, IAM, PowerShell automation, and Microsoft Graph API.
Experience in regulated large environments.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise M365 platform architecture and engineering standards.
Security, governance, and compliance alignment with policies.
Plan and support migrations (e.g., Zoom to Teams).
Design identity/access models and secure integrations.
Drive reliability, monitoring, and incident response for M365.
Lead enablement for Copilot and productivity experiences.
