Job summary

Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Consultant in Philadelphia to lead M365 initiatives, provide governance, and deliver trainings.

You will act as the technical authority for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview, shaping evergreen changes and adoption strategies. The role requires extensive M365 experience, strong PowerShell scripting, and proven ability to train diverse audiences while mentoring junior staff and coordinating with the City’s

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience with M365 applications and products including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Exchange.
• At least 5 years’ scripting experience in PowerShell with code reviews and repositories.
• At least 3 years’ experience delivering trainings to diverse groups.
• Ability to work independently and track tasks.
• Must be able to pass FBI CJIS background check for CJIS clearance.
• HIPAA training compliance within City of Philadelphia requirements.

Responsibilities

• Consult on use of M365 applications and products as needed.
• Provide regular scheduled training in the use of M365 applications and products.
• Serve as the resident technical expert for M365 focusing on SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Power Apps, Exchange, and Purview.
• Act as arbiter of changes, feature updates, and new features for M365 products.
• Develop Power Apps and SharePoint governance.
• Lead changes in IT environment and promote evergreen adoption of applications.
• Mentor junior team members and support knowledge transfer.
• Build and maintain relationships with City IT community members.
• Report weekly to supervisor on successes, blockers, and issues.
• Attend on-site meetings, trainings, and consultations across City facilities.
• Coordinate with Learning Management System team to provide training and support.
