Job summary

ProPetro Services, Inc. is seeking an M365 Platform Engineer to manage and secure the Microsoft 365 tenant, enforce data protection controls, and align with security standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Microsoft 365 administration or cloud/IT security experience.
• Experience administering Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online.
• Hands-on with Purview, DLP, sensitivity labels, and data classification.
• Experience managing licensing (Copilot or MS licensing structures).
• Strong identity/access management and governance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant environment.
• Manage Copilot licensing, tracking usage and governance.
• Remediate SharePoint permissions with least-privilege access.
• Implement Purview DLP policies to protect data.
• Deploy sensitivity labels for data classification and protection.
• Govern Teams with policies, access, lifecycle management.
• Monitor and enforce security/compliance policies across M365.
• Collaborate with IT Security to remediate access/data risks.
• Support audits and documentation of governance controls.
• Troubleshoot M365 access, permissions, governance issues.
• Maintain configuration documentation and stay updated on features.
• Attend required HSE training and use PPE as required.
