Job summary

Propwr in Midland, TX is seeking a M365 Platform Engineer to administer, secure, and govern the Microsoft 365 environment. You will manage tenant configurations, enforce data protection controls, and partner with IT Security to reduce risk while enabling collaboration tools across the organization.

This role requires 3–5 years experience in Microsoft 365 administration, strong identity management skills, and the ability to document configurations for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant environment.
• Manage Copilot licensing, usage tracking, and governance.
• Implement DLP policies and sensitivity labels for data protection.
• Support governance of Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange Online.
• Document configurations and governance standards.
• Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates and security best practices.
• Assist audits and compliance activities.
