Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain DHS EOD Clearance.
• Experience managing or supervising an M365 engineering or development team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years with Microsoft platforms.
• Experience supporting U.S. Federal Government customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide active, engaged leadership focused on team performance, delivery quality, and meeting commitments.
• Mentor M365 engineers and developers, ensuring clear expectations and accountability.
• Oversee project schedules, deliverables, and milestone achievement; maintain documentation and updates.
• Coordinate with the Scrum Master and development teams for staffing and task alignment.
• Serve as an escalation point for DHS and technical staff and remove blockers.
• Act as liaison to DHS customers and program leads to ensure alignment.
• Oversee quality of architectural artifacts and project documentation.
