Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a M365 Systems Administrator to manage and optimize the Microsoft stack (M365, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, InTune, etc.). This hybrid role focuses on enterprise endpoint patch management and IT change processes to support a modern workplace for SOLV Energy’s workforce.

The position requires hands-on expertise with Entra ID, M365, InTune/AutoPilot, and Patch My PC, plus strong scripting and change-management skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
5 years minimum experience as a M365 System Administrator or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Knowledge of major Microsoft cloud-based systems including Entra ID, M365, InTune, AutoPilot, Enterprise Mobility + Security, Defender ATP, etc.
Powershell scripting and automation.

Responsibilities

Manage Entra ID and M365 tenant day-to-day operations including user provisioning, mailboxes, and groups.
Collaborate with cloud and network admins to support end-user computing environments.
Manage endpoint patching with 3rd party apps and prepare change documentation.
Create runbooks and SOPs for recurring processes like Windows feature updates and patch cycles.
Develop monitoring and reporting for patch compliance and CVE remediation.
