Job summary

Luna Data Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced M365 Administrator to manage Exchange Online, Entra ID, and Power Platform within a 12-month Austin, TX contract.

Focus on governance, automation, and enterprise infrastructure, collaborating with security and application teams to ensure secure, scalable operations. The role requires hands-on administration across Microsoft cloud and on-premises technologies, with ongoing support for AI initiatives and CRM modernization efforts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of Microsoft 365 administration experience.
• Hands-on experience administering: Microsoft 365; Exchange Online; Microsoft Entra ID; Hybrid Active Directory; Power Platform.
• Experience managing Power Platform governance, security, environment management, and licensing.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with On-Premises Active Directory; Entra ID; Third-Party Enterprise Systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Experience creating and enforcing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience supporting Linux servers and application hosting environments.
• Experience with IIS, system monitoring, patch management, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure change management and operational best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Entra ID, Purview, Teams, and related cloud services.
• Manage Hybrid Active Directory environments including user lifecycle management, synchronization, access controls, and security group administration.
• Administer the Microsoft Power Platform environment, including environment management, governance, security controls, licensing, and platform operations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell automation for user management, role-based access, security group administration, environment provisioning, and platform governance activities.
• Create, maintain, and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and governance controls across Power Platform environments.
• Monitor and support enterprise application hosting platforms including Windows Server, Linux servers, IIS, and associated infrastructure services.
• Perform system monitoring, patch management, performance analysis, and operational support activities.
• Support platform upgrades, enhancements, new feature implementation, and service optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure secure and reliable system operations.
• Provide operational support for AI initiatives, CRM modernization projects, and enterprise automation efforts.
• Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and governance standards.
• Participate in after-hours support activities and on-call rotations as needed.
