Job summary

Abonmarche Consultants, Inc. seeks a Systems Administrator to support and administer our IT environment in South Bend, IN.

You will manage Microsoft 365 services, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint devices while collaborating with the IT Operations Director to ensure reliable and secure technology services across the organization. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Windows devices, plus strong networking and documentation

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional information technology experience.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience administering Microsoft Intune and deploying Windows devices through Windows Autopilot.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 workstations in an enterprise environment.
• Experience supporting Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, and the Meraki Dashboard.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, switching, and wireless networking.
• Experience with Active Directory and hybrid Microsoft identity environments.
• Experience deploying, updating, and troubleshooting business applications.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to work through unfamiliar technical problems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical employees.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing requests, and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability and willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, and licensing.
• Assist with identity and access management tasks including MFA and Conditional Access.
• Administer Windows workstations using Intune and Autopilot.
• Configure endpoint policies, deployments, security settings, and device enrollment.
• Support Microsoft Teams configuration and integrations.
• Maintain Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, WLANs, VPNs, VLANs, and SD-WAN.
• Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/DNS/DHCP).
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for IT infrastructure issues.
• Assist with Autodesk applications and licenses (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit).
• Support Active Directory and hybrid identity environments.
• Maintain infrastructure docs, inventories, and procedures.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding with accounts and hardware provisioning.
• Coordinate with vendors and MSPs for projects and maintenance.
