Job summary
Trustmark, based in Lake Forest, Illinois, seeks a Solution Engineer for Microsoft Copilot, M365 Security & Governance to lead technical strategy, administration, governance, and adoption across the enterprise. You will partner with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Application Development, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to define standards and evaluate new capabilities for responsible AI use.
The role requires deep experience with Microsoft 365, identity management, data protection,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6–8 years of related experience.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, identity and access management, and data protection.
- Experience with enterprise Copilot enablement or AI-enabled productivity platforms is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical requirements, governance, and adoption roadmap for Copilot across the enterprise.
- Partner with Security, Compliance, Infrastructure, Collaboration, Legal, Risk, and business stakeholders to define standards.
- Create solution designs, architecture documentation, and proofs of concepts for new capabilities.
- Translate business needs into scalable enterprise Copilot solutions.
- Ensure alignment to enterprise architecture and service life cycle management.
