Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies seeks an M365 Copilot Advanced Solutions Architect to lead design, deployment, and integration of Copilot and AI-driven solutions enterprise-wide. You will own tenant-level Copilot configuration, licensing, security controls, data boundaries, and enterprise integrations, while driving adoption, governance, and measurable ROI.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
5+ years leading delivery of complex software and automation systems.
10+ years in software/infrastructure with design patterns.
Experience supporting omnichannel experiences.
Strong communication and collaboration across diverse groups.
Proven capability to mentor and build inclusive teams.
Knowledge of SOA/Cloud architecture and Microsoft technologies.

Responsibilities

Develop the overall software and deployment architecture across teams within a domain.
Partner with engineering and vendors to deliver integrated solutions.
Lead architectural design reviews and create communication artifacts.
Mentor engineers on architecture, patterns, and practices.
Drive adoption of Copilot capabilities while ensuring governance and security.
Contribute to architecture community of practice and ongoing improvements.
