Job summary

Intepros is seeking engineers to automate and modernize the Microsoft 365 environment using low-code tools, scripting and AI. You will build Power Platform solutions, roll out and support Copilot, and use Python, PowerShell and GitHub to replace manual work with reliable, repeatable processes.

This hands-on role requires comfort with Claude and other AI tools alongside a PowerShell console as you design, build, and deploy scalable automation across the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration, engineering or development.
• Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, MS-102 or AI-900 are preferred.
• Experience with Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and Entra ID.
• Familiarity with data governance, security and compliance requirements for AI tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to document and train others.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and support low-code solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power Pages for internal and external users.
• Support and enhance the Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration environment, including Exchange Online, Teams and SharePoint.
• Deploy, configure and drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot across the organization.
• Evaluate and integrate AI tools, including Claude and other large language models, into workflows.
• Write Python and PowerShell scripts to automate administration, provisioning, reporting and migration tasks.
• Manage code, scripts and workflow definitions in GitHub with version control and reviews.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, maintain documentation and follow security, governance and change-management standards.
