  • Partner with Microsoft 365 platform owners to ensure AI capabilities align with existing architecture, governance, and support models.
Service Delivery and L2/L3 Engineering Support
  • Serve as the L2/L3 escalation point for Service Delivery on AI tool incidents, configuration issues, access problems, integration failures, and complex user-impacting issues.
  • Lead troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, vendor escalation, and long-term remediation for recurring AI platform issues.

  • Develop PowerShell, scripting, or automation where appropriate to improve administration, reporting, provisioning, and support efficiency.
Cybersecurity and AI Enablement Alignment
  • Partner closely with Cybersecurity to ensure AI tool configurations, integrations, permissions, and data access align with enterprise security and governance requirements.

  • Work with Technology Transformation and business partners to operationalize approved AI use cases and integrate them with existing Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Help translate new AI capabilities into secure, scalable, and supportable enterprise services without duplicating business-facing AI transformation ownership.
Qualifications
