Job summary

Prestige Staffing is seeking a Senior M365 and AI Engineer to join a forward-thinking HVAC technology organization. You will integrate and manage enterprise AI tools within Microsoft 365, driving digital transformation initiatives and supporting AI capabilities across the company.

The role requires hands-on administration of M365, deep knowledge of Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, and Power Platform, plus experience with Azure AI and Copilot.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT experience with hands-on M365 and enterprise SaaS administration.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem: Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform.
• Experience with enterprise AI tools including Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI, and generative AI platforms.
• Strong API integration, connectors, authentication, and permissions management.
• Knowledge of identity/access management (Microsoft Entra ID).
• Experience providing complex L2/L3 technical support and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of cybersecurity and AI governance.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot enterprise AI tools within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Integrate AI capabilities with Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
• Support AI platform configurations, licensing, and standards.
• Provide advanced support for AI incidents including root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams for secure AI deployments.
• Assist in operationalizing AI use cases and data repositories.
• Develop automation scripts to improve platform support.

• Provide advanced support for AI system incidents, performing root cause analysis and vendor escalation as needed
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure AI tool deployment and usage
• Assist in operationalizing AI use cases, including migrating and managing meeting notes and data repositories
• Develop automation scripts and tools to enhance platform support and administration
