Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a M365 AI & Automation Platform Admin to manage the organization’s Microsoft 365 AI and automation ecosystem. This role handles the architecture and governance of Power Platform and Azure AI, balancing platform control with enablement to drive measurable business value.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 and automation platforms. Strong technical skills in Azure AI and integration tools are necessary for success.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or enterprise automation.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and Entra ID.

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and governance of automation platforms.
• Establish standards for automation development and agent publishing.
• Manage cost control strategies for automation and AI usage.
