Job summary

EY is seeking a Microsoft 365 AI Solution Architect (Manager) to design and deliver digital workplace solutions leveraging Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform and Copilot Studio for large enterprise clients. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams through discovery, definition, build, test, and deployment phases, collaborating with EY digital groups to sell and implement engagements.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of Microsoft stack consulting, deep agile knowledge, and experience with

Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional technical consulting designing and implementing Microsoft stack solutions.
Deep understanding of agile software development.
Experience with large enterprise clients on complex projects.

Responsibilities

Design, customize, and optimize digital workplace solutions focusing on Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, Agent 365, and Copilot Studio.
Lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations across discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy.
Collaborate with EY digital groups to sell and deliver digital workplace transformation engagements.
Provide AI-first solutions that transform clients’ vision into a frontier organization.
Engage with client technology professionals and third-party alliances, building long-term relationships.
Communicate effectively with teammates, clients, stakeholders, and executives.
