Job summary

DeSanti in Pasadena, CA is seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator to join the Collaboration & Engineering Platform Development team. The role focuses on optimizing Teams and SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Copilot to keep a global workforce secure, connected, and productive.

The position involves reporting on the environment, license management, backups, and implementing cybersecurity policies, while collaborating with developers, stakeholders, and support staff to deliver reliable M365 services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience administering M365 services including Copilot, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
• Experience managing authentication and authorization to M365.
• Experience with Microsoft licensing of M365 products.
• Experience with performing backups of M365 data and configurations.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide periodic reporting on the environment and assist in the Authorization to Operate (ATO).
• Support customers with service-related issues and manage M365 service and site provisioning.
• Report on trends and provide recommendations for growth management.
• Manage license counts and distribution of advanced licenses.
• Assist in implementing and documenting cybersecurity policies and processes.
• Develop operational procedures and train support personnel.
• Analyze existing business systems and collaborate on requirements and project plans.
• Provide on-call support for after-hours issues and liaison with providers, operations, and customers.
