Job summary

Virginia Farm Bureau Family of Companies is seeking an experienced M365 Administrator to oversee Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, and related services for about 1,000 employees across offices. The role emphasizes reliability, security configuration, governance, and user productivity.

You will manage provisioning, governance, and platform updates while collaborating with Security and Service Delivery to improve collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on SharePoint Online administration including intranet
• Strong knowledge of Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 Groups
• Ability to troubleshoot complex platform issues across distributed users
• Experience documenting standards, procedures, and processes

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services across the organization.
• Configure tenant and service-level settings in line with security and governance standards.
• Monitor service health and troubleshoot incidents affecting users.
• Communicate impacts of feature changes and platform updates.
