Provide guests with information about the hotel and the city, and serve their immediate needs to create memorable experiences that foster guest loyalty and enhance overall service quality.
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience
Knowledge of hotel policies, procedures, and services; excellent communication skills in English; second language preferred; ability to build guest relations and ensure satisfaction; good hearing and vision; understanding of recreational information; strong verbal skills for continuous guest interaction; literacy for reservations and information dissemination
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs, push/pull carts, bend, kneel, and stand or sit for extended periods. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for individuals with disabilities.
