Job summary

MCI is seeking an experienced IT diligence professional to evaluate IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital capabilities to support seamless integration during growth and acquisitions.

You will contribute to shaping the technology roadmap, assess costs and scalability, and prepare executive-level reports for strategic decision-making. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and a track record in technology diligence are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or technology diligence roles
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise IT systems and architecture
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency in IT project management tools and data visualization platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is based
  • Must submit to a Level II background and/or security investigation (including fingerprint)
  • Must undergo drug screening (where applicable)
  • Experience in BPO or technology-intensive industries is preferred

Job Overview

In this role, you’ll evaluate IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital capabilities to ensure seamless integration and long‑term scalability. Your insights will help shape the technology roadmap as MCI grows through strategic acquisitions.
