Job summary

UHY is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager in New York to lead financial due diligence and M&A advisory engagements for private equity and corporate clients. You will analyze financial statements, assess deal risks, and guide executives through complex transactions.

You will mentor junior TAS staff, develop financial models, and coordinate with bankers and clients to structure deals. A Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 4–6+ years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with strong academic performance.
• 4–6+ years of audit, corporate finance, or transaction advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for M&A.
• Assess QoE, working capital adjustments, and cash flow trends to evaluate deal risk.
• Analyze financial statements, revenue models, and operations to identify red flags.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, executive summaries, and insights.
• Develop and review financial models, valuations, and sensitivity analyses.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring clear advisory communication.
• Collaborate with investment bankers, PE firms, and executives to structure deals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise junior TAS staff.
• Support post-transaction integration by analyzing financial structures and synergies.
