Elliott Davis is seeking a senior-level professional to lead transaction accounting engagements across post-close lifecycle, including opening balance sheets, NWC analyses, and purchase price adjustments. You will work with private equity sponsors and portfolio companies to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting and value creation.

The role offers significant client interaction, technical accounting exposure, and opportunities to expand relationships within a rapidly growing practice.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in public accounting or transaction advisory services.
• Experience with private equity-backed companies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 805 and GAAP.
• Experience leading engagements and supervising staff.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Aufgaben

• Lead transaction-related accounting engagements from planning to delivery.
• Oversee opening balance sheets, NWC analyses, and purchase price adjustments.
• Coordinate with PE sponsors, advisors, and clients to resolve accounting issues.
• Develop and mentor associates through coaching and reviews.
• Prepare analyses and present conclusions to executives and investors.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets, staffing, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships.
