You will translate complex technical findings into business insights for private equity and corporate clients, guiding investment decisions and integration planning.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in product architecture, cloud platforms, and software engineering, plus a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ years in architecture/engineering.
• 6+ years evaluating product architecture, platforms, APIs, data flows and infra.
• 3+ years using major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong written and verbal communication for business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize technology strategy and select tools to meet client needs.
• Evaluate software products, platforms, and ecosystems for risks and value.
• Assess architecture quality, debt, scalability and security readiness.
• Lead diligence components for buy-side, sell-side or carve-out engagements.
• Translate findings into actionable risk assessments and Day 1 implications.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
