RSM US LLP is seeking a Tax Partner to lead the national M&A Tax group with a focus on debt structuring and financial products. You will advise multinational and mid-market clients on tax aspects of structuring and executing transactions, mentor teams, and drive growth across the firm.

The role requires a CPA license and 12+ years of public accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and proven leadership in debt instrument engagements and restructuring. Some travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• CPA license or equivalent professional credential required.
• 12+ years of Tax experience in public accounting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong client service, communication, and project management skills.

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader for engagements involving debt restructuring and workouts.
• Lead teams delivering tax services with a focus on debt structuring and opportunities.
• Manage multiple engagements, monitor status, resources, and client expectations.
• Identify technical tax matters and guide teams through complex issues.
