Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
Active CPA license or equivalent.
12+ years of Tax experience in public accounting.
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
Ability to meet client service, quality, and performance expectations.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior tax client service leader for debt restructuring engagements.
Lead teams delivering tax services across capabilities and geographies.
Manage multiple engagements, monitor resources, economics, and client expectations.
Identify technical tax matters and guide teams through complex issues in M&A and debt structuring.
Maintain ongoing client relationships to understand goals and connect clients with the right expertise.
Support growth through pipeline development and cross-firm collaboration.
Ensure profitability, billing, and engagement economics align with firm standards.
Apply risk, ethics, and judgment to all activities.
