RSM US LLP in Chicago seeks a Tax Partner to join our national Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Tax group with a focus on debt structuring and financial products. You will advise clients on tax consequences of debt-related transactions and lead cross-functional teams across geographies.

You will mentor and coach a high-performing tax team, drive client service excellence, and help shape strategic growth while upholding rigorous quality and ethics standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• Active CPA license or equivalent in residence/state.
• Minimum of twelve years of tax public accounting experience.
• Strong Excel skills and client service delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Serve as a senior tax client service leader for complex debt restructuring engagements.
• Lead teams across capabilities to deliver tax structuring services for debt-related matters.
• Manage profitability, billing, and engagement economics consistent with firm standards.
