Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare detailed memoranda and presentations describing client companies and industries.
• Analyze tax aspects of acquisition and merger agreements and draft tax opinions.
