Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a seasoned Transaction Advisory professional to develop and execute complex financial analyses for diverse clients in the U.S. You will work with Partners on engagement management and contribute to successful deal execution.

The role requires CPA or JD/LLM, 5+ years in a professional services firm, and strong skills in valuation modeling, tax diligence, and client service. Open to location with a flexible work arrangement and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• 5+ years of work experience in a mid to large professional services firm.
• CPA or JD/LLM required.
• Tax due diligence, deal structuring and post-acquisition planning experience.
• Strong Microsoft Suite and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare memoranda and presentations on client companies and industries.
• Assist in review of tax aspects of acquisitions and draft tax letters and memoranda.
• Identify and analyze tax risks and opportunities during acquisitions and restructurings.
• Review tax computations in financial models and assist analyses of tax data.
