Qualifications

• CPA or JD/LLM is required.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and delivering high-quality client service.

Responsibilities

• Interact directly with Partners on client and engagement management.
• Model financial transactions for valuation, structuring and negotiation.
• Prepare memoranda and presentations describing client companies and industries.
• Assist in tax aspects of acquisition and merger agreements and draft tax opinions.
• Identify tax risks and opportunities while advising on alternative tax strategies.
• Review and advise on tax computations in financial models and projections.
• Data gathering, document review and reporting.
