Responsibilities

• Develop inorganic growth strategies including mergers, acquisitions, and venture investments.
• Design the M&A value‑creation strategy and integration plans.
• Lead internal deal process, due diligence, and investment recommendations.
• Define and enforce success metrics for the portfolio and investments.
• Own budgets and cross‑functional resourcing for the strategy portfolio.
