• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships to support long-term objectives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build financial models (DCF, IRR) and perform valuation analyses.
