Job summary

A leading M&A advisory firm in Pittsburgh is seeking an Associate to support M&A engagements and business development. Responsibilities include participating in planning campaigns, developing memorandums, coordinating client meetings, and managing information requests. Ideal candidates should have at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong Excel and communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 based on experience, along with bonus potentials and benefits including insurance and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, consulting, or business brokerage.
• U.S. resident or authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with investment banking or M&A advisory services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with Partners on M&A go-to-market campaigns.
• Develop Confidential Information Memorandums.
• Maintain virtual data rooms and manage NDAs.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and prospects.
• Participate in due diligence processes.
