A leading advisory firm in the U.S. is looking for a Senior Associate specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. This remote position involves post-merger integration, collaborative work with various teams, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and strong communication and Excel skills. Competitive salary between $90,000 and $100,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of accounting and wealth-management operations experience.
• Meaningful M&A exposure, preferably in diligence or integration.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Co-design Day-1, 30-day, and 100-day integration plans.
• Configure and maintain diligence and integration management tools.
• Develop synergy tracking and reporting tools.
