(Remote) Mergers and Acquisitions Associate Opportunity!!

Our client is the premier Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory Firm serving the equipment rental, facility services, industrial and infrastructure services, and waste and environmental services sectors who are seeking an experienced M&A Associate to support complex transactions and strategic initiatives.

Location

100% REMOTE with a HYBRID Option for individuals who want to come into the office as much or as little as they would like. The firm is headquartered in Colorado Springs, CO with a second office currently forming in Denver, CO.

• Base Salary: Up to $145,000
• Bonus: 30% - 70% of Base Salary (Individual/Firm Performance)
• Benefits: Health, Dental and Vision
• 401k: Matching up to 3.5% as long as employee is putting in 3.5%
• PTO: 24 Days

Qualifications

• CPA and MBA preferred, practical experience highly valued.
• 3+ years of M&A experience strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• This role requires strong financial modelling, analytical skills, and the ability to manage large datasets to deliver actionable insights for mergers and acquisitions.
• Build and analyze financial models (DCF, LBO, IRR) for valuation and sensitivity analysis.
• Process and interpret financial, operational, and customer data for trend and synergy analysis.
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis of industry peers.
• Develop presentation materials including pitch decks, CIMs, teasers, and management presentations.
