Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and present business cases to executives.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate strategic M&A transactions and inorganic growth opportunities.
• Develop market insights and support strategy and deal execution.
• Construct detailed valuation models and post‑deal integration plans.
• Present cases to senior management and coordinate cross-functional due diligence.
