Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and execute strategic transactions for PlayStation (SIE).
• Prepare market insights and build valuation models to support strategy and M&A.
• Present business cases to senior management for project approval.
• Coordinate due diligence and manage post-deal integration with cross-functional teams.
