Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks a mid-level corporate M&A and Securities associate for its Richmond, VA office. The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience in M&A and private equity transactions, with a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and bar eligibility in the appropriate jurisdiction.

The role requires in-office work at least three days per week, with a comprehensive benefits program and bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in corporate M&A / private equity.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the jurisdiction of the hiring office.
• Reside in the designated jurisdiction at or prior to the time of hire.
• Work in the office at least three business days per week.

• Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related documentation.
• Support private equity sponsors and portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle.
• Manage internal and external client relationships effectively.
